Key ongoing fees
- Royalty
- The greater of the applicable percentage of monthly Gross Sales or a minimum monthly royalty. The standard rate is 6%, with rates of 5.5%, 5%, 4.5% and 4% when monthly sales exceed the respective $25,000, $39,000, $52,000 and $69,000+ monthly sales thresholds. Minimums depend on months operating and unit count: the disclosed schedule runs from $700 to $2,900 after month 6. Prorated minimums may apply to approved smaller territories. The first six months show dashes rather than a normalized zero. Gross Sales includes noncash and credit sales whether collected and related or competitive business revenue inside or outside the territory; it excludes remitted sales taxes, authorized promotional discounts that leave a nonzero transaction, and payment-processing charges.By the 15th for the prior month

Spend must use approved digital marketing, except that up to $6,000 per year may go to approved alternatives with prior written approval. Spending reports are required in June and December.
