Qualifications and program conditions
These conditions apply to the programs or transactions described below; they are not a universal entry requirement.
- financial qualification requirements

Key ongoing fees
- License fee
- 10% of the first $500,000 in calendar-year Gross Sales per territory; 7% on excess sales in that same territory if not in default. Outside-territory sales do not count toward the threshold. The reduction may be applied during the year or refunded after year-end.Weekly
- Minimum license fee
- No minimum for the first 104 weeks. From year 3, minimums apply only June–September: $325 per week in year 3, $400 in year 4 and $500 from year 5 through the end of the term.
- Marketing fund
- 2% of Gross Sales, paid with the license fee.Weekly
- Local marketing
- New businesses: $60,000 in year 1 and $75,000 in year 2, additional to MAP, direct-marketing and SEO fees. Thereafter, at least the greater of $40,900 or 8% of prior-year sales; direct-marketing and SEO fees then count toward that minimum. Transfers and existing owners buying another business use the ongoing minimum from signing.
- Direct marketing
- Base fee: $37,000 per year. At $450,000+ annual sales, the following year’s fee is $26,000. Businesses below $250,000 may qualify for 15% of sales if fully compliant, enrolled in the affiliated call center and synced with Qvinci; the difference from $37,000 must still be spent locally. Reduced-fee users also owe at least $6,000 per territory in digital advertising (SEO may count). Four-plus territories have separate package pricing; fees may change.
