Reporting periods and scope

Includes a $10,000 development fee in addition to the $20,000 initial franchise fee, $10,579–$19,848 for first-three-month rent/CAM/taxes and deposits, and $17,490–$32,555 for three months of additional funds. Excludes international, non-traditional, standalone and drive-thru locations, debt service, living expenses and owner-manager salary.
U.S. locations
Jersey Mike’s reported 3,227 U.S. locations for 2025.
Worldwide locations
The issuer reported 3,378 stores worldwide at June 28, 2026, covering company-owned and franchised, traditional and nontraditional stores in the U.S. and Canada. This is distinct from the earlier FDD U.S. census. The issuer’s historical December 28, 2025 domestic franchised count is eight above the FDD count; that discrepancy remains unresolved. Do not subtract the separately displayed U.S. count from this newer worldwide total to infer international locations. Development commitments are excluded.
Average annual revenue
Reported fiscal 2025 AUV was $1,364,000 for comparable traditional stores, including company-owned and franchised locations. The issuer normalizes trailing 364-day revenues by operating days; this is not a simple average of each store’s raw fiscal-year sales. The source divides comparable stores’ trailing 364day revenues by their operating days and multiplies by 364. Operating days are days open for business. Traditional stores open less than 425days and nontraditional stores are excluded; the comparable base excludes permanent closures. Sample count and a U.S.-only split are not disclosed. The fiscal accounting year had 362days following a change to a 52/53-week calendar; do not substitute that accounting span for the AUV definition. Current June 28,2026 reporting separately gives $1.376million under the same trailing 364day method; it does not replace this FY2025 selection. Revenue is not owner income; no profit or investment-return claim is selected. Comparable traditional stores only. Nontraditional kiosks, airports, colleges, commissaries, food courts and entertainment venues excluded
