2026 FDD Item 20 Table 1 reports 1,200 franchised and 42 company-owned U.S. outlets (1,242 total) at fiscal year-end 2025.
2024 U.S. franchised-system Net Sales: $728,192,033. Includes stores operating any part of the year, even one week; this is not worldwide sales, a per-store average or owner income. Historical 2025 FDD; not current 2026 verification. Year-end store count is not a full-year revenue denominator. Item 19 population discrepancies remain unresolved; do not derive average unit sales.
$662,015 average annual Net Sales in FY2025 for 1,087 eligible U.S. franchised units (December 31, 2024–December 29, 2025). The source applies an operating-history screen and exclusions; its period wording conflicts. Table 19-1 calls these annual Net Sales for December 31, 2024–December 29, 2025. The narrative calls the revenue period 12 months, while Note 1 calls the same dates a 13-month period. Exact dates and that wording conflict are preserved; no rescaling or annualization is performed. Eligibility separately requires a consecutive 13-month operating-history screen ending December 29, 2025, described as units opened before November 26, 2024. Remodeling closures of less than eight weeks may be included; uninterrupted operation is not asserted. Of 1,200 year-end franchised units, 1,116 met the history screen; 29 were excluded for not being scheduled to open daily, temporary closure over eight weeks, or not using the required POS. All remaining 1,087 reported sufficient data. Company-operated units are excluded. The 1,242 year-end system units exclude 33 units permanently closed during the period. The prior-year non-approved-product exclusion is deleted in the current redline. Net Sales comprises products and services sold in or from the unit, including off-premises catering and delivery, excluding excise/sales taxes, returns, allowances and discounts. Franchisee submissions are unaudited. Revenue is not profit or owner income. The TOTAL (ALL) mean is $662,015 and median $627,210; 465 units (43%) met or exceeded the mean. Repeated TOTAL columns represent the same sample. This is the mixed source-eligible U.S. franchise population, not a traditional-only, drive-thru-only or new-unit forecast. The selected dollar table is inserted in the full marked FDD issued April 8, 2026. Neither the complete v1-to-v2 changed-pages set nor the September 2, 2026 v2-to-v3 set replaces this annual dollar table. September adds separate Jan 1–Aug 3, 2026 same-store percentage growth; it is not an updated annual-dollar mean. No clean consolidated September original was acquired. USD is normalized from the dollar-denominated USA franchise table in the U.S. FDD context; the displayed table does not print a separate currency code. All historical FY2024 records remain unchanged. Mixed source-eligible U.S. franchise formats; no traditional-only restriction
$329,850–$683,715 for End-Cap or In-Line Location; $639,950–$1,278,900 for Free-Standing Drive-Thru Location in the 2026 FDD Item 7 tables, including $25,000–$30,000 (Initial Franchise Fee (End-Cap or In-Line)) and $5,000–$25,000 (Additional Funds—3 Months (End-Cap or In-Line)).
